Booking conditions and cancellation policies


Booking

In order to guarantee the reservation we need :
• a credit card details (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, No American Express). No charge on your card before coming. It’s just a guarantee in case of no show. Your stay will be paid at leaving. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard or cash.
• or by transfert, a 30% deposit of the total price with a minimum of 1 night.

Cancellation policies COVID-19

• In the event of a restriction due to the Covid-19 sanitary situation (decision from the Authorities to limit travel or close accommodation), there is no deadline for cancellation, nor a penalty.
• If the host has paid a deposit, the deposit paid by the customer will be refunded.
• In the event that there are no health restrictions and all the conditions are met to accommodate, the cancellation periods below apply.

Cancellation policies

• High or Medium season (Easter we, May, June, July, August and September), no charge if you cancel 30 days or more before check in date (D-30 3pm).
• Low season (March, April, October), no charge if you cancel 6 days or more before check in date (D-6 3pm).
• If canceled on time, if the host has paid a deposit, the deposit paid by the customer will be refunded.
• If you start your journey, payment is complete.

No show or late cancellation

• Penalty charge for late cancellation or no show is a 30% deposit or minimum 1 night.
